Fantastic! Thank you Kyle Easler! The kind, professional and "Over the Top" service was almost unbelievable. From our first phone conversation, a virtual car tour, the Patrick Promise, and then a follow up call the next day! When we arrived our paperwork was ready, we mentioned going to get a pizza while we waited for the vehicle to get the protectant spray and they surprised us with a gift card for lunch! The excellent Patrick Group quickly fixed the two drive-train-related problems that surfaced a few days after I purchased an otherwise like-new beautiful used royal blue car from their very helpful salesman, Stephen H.

We purchased a used Jaguar F Pace that was in beautiful condition with a great price. Bill Benjiamin worked very hard to get the best value for my trade, better than any other dealership, so we could get the financing we wanted. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and professional. Roy (salesman) ,the GM Daniel and finance department were the greatest!! They helped answer all of our questions and got us in the car we wanted. They worked with us to get us a lease price we were comfortable with. They were not pushy like other places.
